For General Merchandise:
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of purchase, in the same condition you received it in, along with your proof of purchase and we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
For Custom Engraved Bracelets:
Custom engraved bracelets cannot be returned except for an error in production. We ask you to please carefully check your order for accuracy to avoid any mistakes. The information you submit will be engraved on your bracelet. Please carefully review your shipping and billing information before submitting your order as well. If you discover an error, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will make the change if your order was not processed yet.
In the event that there was an error in production, we will make the correction and remake the bracelet for you at no charge. We do ask you to return the bracelet to us at:
